Mad Party - Red or White? Chapter 5

Season: Autumn
Location: Garden Terrace

Tsukasa: Shall we go over everything one more time before taking a break?
Here we go: one, two, three, four...
Yes, perfect. I imagine you are all exhausted from the many performances and practice sessions we've been having, so let us pause for a while.
...Ritsu-senpai certainly is taking his time. He hasn't returned since leaving to observe the Red Knights.
Did he fall asleep along the way? I would not think Ritsu-senpai would really be so apathetic...
Arashi: The Red Knights have been doing guerilla lives all over the place. It might be taking him a while just to pin down their location.
Let's start our break without him. He might show up in that time—
Tori: You there, Tsukasa! This is an emergency! A big, huge emergency!
Tsukasa: Yes? What's gotten you so agitated, Tori-kun?
Has something happened with the Red Knights?
Tori: Yeah, it's "something", alright! I don't think you'll believe me if I try to explain it, so can you just come with me right now?
It's, like, just insane out there!
Tsukasa: Insane...? If it truly troubles you so much, Tori-kun, then perhaps I shall see for myself.
Tori: You too, Narukami-senpai! And everybody else! This is super important!
Arashi: ...? You're all tied in knots, Momo-chan... Something really outrageous must be happening.
Don't tell me Izumi-chan went and made a mess for us to clean up again...
---
Location: Outdoor Stage

Leo: Alright! Lookin' good! You're finally starting to catch up to us!
But you've still got a long way to go before you're perfect! Rittsu-sensei and Sena-sensei here will teach you everything step-by-step, so don't hesitate to ask them if you've got any questions ♪
Hey, you folks watching over there, come on over and tag along in our practice session! Nah, you don't have to be in Knights!
Ritsu: What's that? You want me to teach you how to control your pace when dancing?
Mmm... I don't really pay much attention. I guess I'm usually pretty lax and sharpen up during performances—
But you know, Secchan's better at that kinda thing. You should ask him ♪
Izumi: Huh? Me again?
I'd rather you ask that after using your own brain to think about it first, though?
Leo: Oh, you sure about that, Sena? If you say stuff like that, Mad Party'll be over before you can get anywhere!
You agreed to Rittsu's strategy too, right?
To get some fans back and win Mad Party, we all agreed that we should coach both the Red Knights and anybody who comes by and watches us practice.
If we don't do that, the other team's gonna beat us up with sheer numbers. We might not even be able to participate in Underland ourselves! ☆

Izumi: I-I got it already! How many times do you have to say it? Toootally annoying!
I just have to teach everybody here, right? Then be good and listen!

Tsukasa/Arashi: ......
Arashi: Oh? Ohohoho? And what do we have here, Momo-chan?
Am I seeing this right? Not only is Izumi-chan carefully and attentively teaching our juniors, but he's also helping out idols outside the Red Knights?
Tori: Yeah, I couldn't believe my eyes either, but it looks like this is really happening.
Tsukasa: Sena-senpai, doing this... It most certainly is difficult to process.
Perhaps the other students walking around here think the same, as they've stopped to watch what the Red Knights are doing.
Come to observe and steal Knights' techniques, have they? What admirable ambition ♪
Tori: C'mon, this is no time to be impressed! If Sena-senpai's actually coaching underclassmen, who knows, it might just suddenly start snowing tomorrow or something!
Arashi: Hehe, but if you think about it, this is just how he works—Izumi-chan spares no effort if it's for victory. It's easy to misunderstand him, but it's not like he just hates anybody younger than him.
Tsukasa: Indeed. This is how Sena-senpai approaches things.
However, this makes the results of our duel all the more difficult to predict. The White Knights had the upper hand at first, but it appears we cannot afford to underestimate our opponents now.
Were it not for Mad Party having us perform at the same time on the same day, I would've loved to see their performance—the second wind of energy flowing through them has certainly piqued my interest.
Hehe, it is quite a precious thing for Sena-senpai to offer his counsel to his juniors; perhaps I shall have the White Knights join in practice with him ♪
Tori: Yeah, well, the student council won't have any problem with it if all you're doing is practicing. Go out there and do your best, I guess.
As your fellow Big 3 unit, it'd be a big bummer for fine if Knights just collapsed in on itself, y'know?
Tsukasa: Oh? That sounds like a challenge, Tori-kun.
See how selfless and devoted my seniors are? I believe you in fine should instead be afraid of what we are capable of ♪
Ritsu: Yep yep? Got something to ask Rittsu-sensei?
I see, you want me to teach you how to project your voice? I think Secchan's your best bet for that~♪
Izumi: Hey, why do you keep passing them to me?! Maybe move your own ass a little more, Kuma-kun!
Ritsu: Heh heh heh, I'm afraid that's just not gonna happen.
While I'd love to teach them, I can't reveal all my secrets so easily. I am Knights' strategist, after all... ♪
