[School Building: Back]
Makoto: (Sigh… It feels like nothing’s gone right at all this time.)
(I wonder why? I’m pretty sure we’ve grown, and Knights seems more willing to compromise…)
(In the past, we’d start fighting over the smallest things the moment we’d run into each other.)
(But today, everyone gave it their all in the hopes that Halloween Party will end in success.)
(None of us even started a fight or whined about working together with Knights.)
(But we’re still not really meshing with each other at all, so in the end we didn’t make any progress on our preparations…)
(We’d planned to try out some ideas for sweets today, but that ended up in total failure. And we still only have a vague clue of what our costumes should be.)
(And after rolling around helplessly for a while… in the end we decided to just wait until Ritsu-kun could help us out.)
(We figured it’d be better to hear his opinion before brainstorming together again—)
(And then we just called it a day, with everything still up in the air. Dammit, I feel like we just wasted a bunch of time.)
(Honestly, why is this happening…? It’s the worst when things go wrong for some reason and you don’t know why!)
(At times like this, I wish we could get some advice from someone who understands, someone who’s capable.)
(But our reliable producer Anzu-chan seems to have her hands full with planning and running Halloween Party.)
(Well, it’s a given that S1 lives are always huge, though. In fact, I heard that with the success of Tanabata Festival, the scope of this upcoming live has expanded, so there are even more units putting in their efforts.)
(Both the school and the student council are saying they wanna put Trickstar and Knights in the spotlight…)
(But I think Anzu-chan hates that kind of favoritism.)
(She’s probably bending over backward just to bring out the best from the other units.)
(Having to manage so many groups at once and tailor attention to each one… of course she’s busy.)
(Actually, Anzu-chan is doing a great job and pays so much attention to detail. It’s more than we could ever hope for.)
(That’s exactly why we end up wanting to rely on her. But since she seems on the verge of collapse herself, we really can’t ask any more of her… We have to do something about it ourselves.)
