Tsukasa: (Hm. According to reports, things are going smoothly with the acquisition of the land near this building.)
(Perhaps I should thank the Suou family name for that-- though it lacks the same power it had long ago, it still draws attention in this region.)
(It appears our purchase will go well despite the struggle to get here.)
(With this, we’ll be able to further enhance the facilities surrounding this building.)
(However, with this gain comes responsibility; the landowners graciously agreed to sell property that they had been holding for a long time…)
(I must repay their trust in equal measure-- by succeeding in my work…!)
Tori: Heeey. What’re you up to, Tsukasa~?
Tsukasa: Ugh. What is it, Tori-kun…? I’m very busy at the moment.
Tori: Ah, you really are, huh? Fufu~ I heard you were working hard, so I came to see how you were doing~☆
