Izumi: Leo-kuuuuuuuuun! I won't be mad, so come on out now! If you show up right now, then I'll forgive you and only half-kill yoooooouuu!

Leo: (whispering) What part of that is forgiving...?!

I'm sick of that guy! He's always running on his own special flavor of logic!

Kohaku: Could say the same for you, though. ...We got caught up in talkin' for a bit, but really, what's goin' on?

Why on earth are ya runnin' from that, uh... Izumi Sena-han?

Ain't he in Knights too? Did ya get in a fight?

Leo: Oh, we fight all the time! In fact, it feels weird when we don't! From the very beginning, we never got along!

Kohaku: Huh? Then what're you doin' in the same unit?

Leo: Oh huh, why indeed? Just ended up like that I guess? But also I think he's super interesting and I love him lots because I don't get how he works! Wahaha! ☆

Kohaku: Mm... I kinda get it, kinda don't...

Now that I think about it, I'm always teamin' up with fellas like that. One man's fault is another's lesson, they say. Can't very well criticize you myself.

If all I wanted was to have a fun an' friendly ol' time bein' a idol, then all's I gotta do is team up with Rabu-han.

Why can't I get away from men who are nothin' but trouble?

If that's my destiny, then I reckon it's my divine punishment... The heavens above are always watchin'.

Leo: Wahaha! You look just like Suo~ when you sigh like that! Suo~ 2.0!

Kohaku: Well, we are related. Gotta share some genetics somewhere.

Leo: Yeah! Isn't it great? When I see my Ruka-tan copying my gestures or taking after me, I can't even contain my happiness!

Kohaku: Ruka-tan?

Leo: My little sister! Oh, wanna see a photo?

Wait, my phone's gone! Did I drop it again?!

Well, at least nobody can pinpoint my location with the GPS this way.

Kohaku: Why're ya runnin' around so much in the first place, though? Did somethin' happen with Knights while I was gone—uh, I mean, while I wasn't lookin'?

Leo: Hm? You don't know? Then does that mean it's not Crazy:B's fault, actually...?

Kohaku: What isn't?

Leo: I knew it! Was thinking that was it! Praying that might be the case!

Cause if you were the culprits... then we'd have no choice but to crush each other.

Kohaku: ...? ...?

Leo: Phew! Good to know. It doesn't solve anything, but I feel a little better.

Crazy:B are the wild bunch that rocked ES's foundations in summer, so I was sure it'd be a pain in the neck trying to fight you.

But looks like we won't have to! Glad to hear it. We're pretty battle-hardened, too, so we wouldn't lose to just any old idol group out there.

If there's a huge difference in strength, we should be able to defeat our opponents without injuring them. I'd prefer that option, y'know—having blood-soaked fights to the death can really wear you down, after all.

So I'd hoped we could last until the end of the prelims without having a head-to-head clash with anybody on our level.

Kohaku: The heck are ya talkin' about?

Leo: Wait, you don't know? Gee, I can't tell if you're up to date with everything or not. Wahaha ♪

...In the end, what we were afraid of came true.

The timing couldn't have been worse, too. It came right when we couldn't put off our Europe trip any longer.

But I can't just leave all by myself when Knights is in the middle of a crisis. Maybe it wouldn't change much if I was there or not, but...

At the very least, if something awful happens, I want to be there to share their sadness and their pain.

I think that's what I needed way back when I was isolating myself.

I'm standing and walking now because Knights did that for me—they've taken my burdens on themselves, little by little.

So I thought, it's my turn this time.

Kohaku: ...?

(Weird. Dunno what he's on about, but looks like he's got a whole heck of a lot on his shoulders despite lookin' so carefree.)

(ES idols—nah, anybody human—are all like that, I reckon. ...I shouldn't go around arrogantly thinkin' I'm the only one dealin' with a lot.)

Izumi: Fooooouuuund yooouuu... ♪

Leo: MRRROOOWW!!!

Izumi: Wh—don't just yowl like a cat that got stepped on!

Leo: Huh? You're sayin' you've stepped on a cat before, Sena? Wow, I thought you were better than that!

"I Stepped On The Cat" is a super famous song, but that doesn't give you the right to do it! [1]

Izumi: Ugh, shut up! Let's get going already! We're gonna be late for the plane!

Leo: Noooooo! I wanna be with Kniiiiiights!

Izumi: You what?! Get real! What difference would it make with you there?!

Don't you get it? The literal worst that can happen right now is we do a half-assed job and fall between two stools!

Leo: Two stools? What language is that from?

Izumi: It means! Chase two rabbits and you'll catch neither!

Leo: Huh? Rabbits? What, should I be cookin' up some interesting puns about Nazu or something? [2]

Izumi: Quit talking like Tenshouin!

Leo: Hey, it happens a lot, but maybe you should stop using Tenshi's name like it's an insult.

He might look cool with it on the outside, but I just know he'll hold a grudge! That's the kinda guy he is!

Besides, nobody likes to hear somebody mocking their friends.

Izumi: You're still going on about being friends with him? Are you stupid?! Just how brainless are you?

Whatever! Can't do anything about your one brain cell, but I'm smart, so you should at least stop saying no to what I tell you!

Idiots should realize their own stupidity and stay out of the way of smart people!

Leo: Waaaaaaah! Sena always jumps right to "idiot"! If you call somebody stupid, you're the stupid one! Right, Kohaku?

Kohaku: Huh? Don't rope me into this...

Izumi: ...And what's your deal? What are you doing here?

Kohaku: U-Uh, I mean, I dunno... Nghh, everythin's got me all turned around, I can't even think of any excuses.

Izumi: Okay, whatever. I'm not trying to treat Crazy:B like criminals, but, in the off-chance you're tricking us—

There will be hell to pay. ...Not that I want to sound like some sore loser.

Kohaku: ...? ...?

[1] Japanese title for the famous Flea Waltz, better known as "Chopsticks" in some countries. As for why it's called "I Stepped On The Cat", lyrics about stepping on the family cat's tail have been added on top of the melody in Japan. Example here.

[2] As mentioned in previous events, Nazuna's last name, Nito, is a pun on the phrase "two rabbits" in the proverb Izumi quotes.
