Ritsu: Ahaha, look at those two bowing to each other. Kinda feels like we've bred twin Su~chans.
Arashi: People aren't "bred", Ritsu-chan. That's rude.
But, I do have to agree with you there.
He seems very polite to me. Our King Tsukasa-chan gets to make the final decision, of course, but personally, I wouldn't mind letting this boy into our circle.
Ritsu: Seriously? I don't like the idea of more strangers to deal with.
Still, Knights' predecessor Chess was originally a large-scale unit...
Guess it wouldn't be too weird if our numbers went up and down every so often.
Arashi: I'm a bit worried about how the fans would react. We kind of landed and settled on the "five-member Knights" image.
Ritsu: I mean, Secchan and Tsukipi~ are expanding our scope overseas, so I think things have already been changing...
Even without new kids coming out of nowhere and asking to join.
Arashi: You have a point... We're gonna be changing, whether we like it or not.
We're smack in the middle of a transition phase.
Tsukasa: ...What are you discussing so furtively over there, my seniors? You two are so secretive sometimes, and I cannot say I'm pleased with the thought of being left out of the conversation.
Not that I particularly mind. It's nothing new, really.
Er, that aside, as for you—
???: ? Oh, y'mean me?
Arashi: (Ohh, despite how adorable he is, he talks a little rough sometimes. He's more like Leo-kun in that respect than Tsukasa-chan.) [1]
Tsukasa: Ah, yes, your name is Kuroki-san, from what I see? Kuroki-san, I have received your request, so you are free to leave today.
???: Ah, thank you so much! I'll get out of your way now! Please excuse me!
I really wanted to bring my big brother today to have you meet him too, but I get the feeling he's gotten himself lost. I'm gonna go look for him on my way back.
Ritsu: Big brother...?
Tsukasa: According to this entry form, this boy—that is, Ohji Kuroki-san—has an elder brother by the name of Ryuji.
He in fact handed us two sets of documents today, one for each brother.
Arashi: Ohji... Kuro? Hm, where have I heard that before?
Ritsu: You're not talking about my old cringe catchphrase, are you? [2]
Tsukasa: I-I thought it was quite awe-inspiring, though! "The Slumbering Black Prince with the Derisive Smirk"...!
Ritsu: Cease and desist at once.
Ohji: Hehe. I'll take my leave here, then. Sorry for the intrusion!
I really hope we can see each other again, hopefully next time as fellow Knights...♪

What are you doing spacing out over here? I told you we should've gone together! I was so nervous meeting Knights all by myself!
Ryuji: ......
Ohji: Huh? Security thought you were trying to sneak in and chased you out? Yeah, I guess with how you look, they'd think you're an intruder at first glance...
Ryuji: ......
Ohji: Yeah. I don't know how it'll turn out yet, but I left a better impression on them than I thought.
Looks like our applications turned out perfect. Not even the people who know the past—Sakuma-san and Narukami-san—have realized who I really am.
No—I'm willing to bet people like us were never in their sights to begin with.
Ryuji: ......
Ohji: Yeah, I know. It'll be fine, Onii-chan.
We'll succeed, I know it. So let's chin up and keep at it.
We will have our revenge...
...Our revenge on those arrogant royals and nobles, reclining in conceit on their glittering thrones.
Let us teach them just how terrifying titleless commoners can be, Onii-chan.

[1] In Japanese, Arashi's referring to the character's personal pronoun, which is おれ (the masculine pronoun ore, but softer and more childish than the kanji version 俺)--exactly the pronoun Leo uses. It is, however, impossible to tell the difference between おれ and 俺 when spoken aloud, so I think Arashi has superpowers or something. ↑
[2] Referring to Ritsu's old tagline 眠れる冷笑の黒王子 (nemureru reishou no kuroouji), which has both "kuro" (black) and "ouji" (prince) in it. This tagline has been around for years and years, so it's kind of funny seeing it come up in !! stories. ↑
T/N: Ohji Kuroki's Japanese name: 黒木 (kuroki, lit. "black tree") 王路 (ooji, lit. "king road"). Also a homonym for 王子 (ouji, "prince").
I've decided to render his first name as "Ohji" because "Ouji" would be an incorrect spelling choice here, while "Ooji" could be read a little weirdly (this is why names like "Ohno" are often spelled with an "h" instead of "Oono", for example).
Fun fact, but there is an existing word that also uses the kanji for "king" and "road", albeit a different road--王道 (oudou), which means many things, including "kingship", "ruler's authority", "orthodoxy", or "traditional method". When I saw Ohji's name in Japanese, I immediately thought about this word... so, some food for thought.
