Location: Street Overseas

(One week later. Somewhere in Florence, near the agency that King Slayer is signed with)

Leo: —So there you have it!

Oh, I have come, dear Florence, good old Florence! You're like a second home to me!

Tsukasa: You're here so often as to call it a "second home"?

Leo: I mean, Sena lives around here, right? I'm flying internationally all the time, but when I have work in Europe, I crash at his place.

We've been pretty much living together these days.

Tsukasa: You two are quite close, I see. I think I'd be very stressed were I to live under one roof with Sena-senpai.

Leo: For real, though! That guy's a colossal pain in the ass...

He's just non-stop complaints when I'm here, but then he gets all huffy when I don't show my face for a while.

Tsukasa: What exactly does he expect from you, I wonder?

Leo: Who frickin' knows?! Wish somebody could give me the answer, 'cause he never has one when I ask him! I bet he doesn't even know himself!

So yeah, I wanna avoid Sena ragging on us... Let's get this King Slayer business cleaned up quick and go back home.

Tsukasa: Yes, let's. We've already decided together to report the King Slayer case to both ES and our agency and entreat their help in solving it.

Leo: We basically saw these guys, went "aw shit", and waltzed up to the big bosses to ask 'em to do something about it.

Tsukasa: Yes, and as a result, King Slayer gave us an earnest apology—with no hesitation, surprisingly.

From what I gather, it sounds like they had no ill intentions.

Leo: We dunno how true that is, though. I mean, that's why we came all the way here—to figure out how genuine they are.

Tsukasa: Exactly. I wish to engage with the other party face-to-face as the representative of Knights.

However, as I'd be rather lost on my own, I've asked you to accompany me. You're familiar with this area and have connections throughout the industry.

Leo: You can count on me! In fact, I think I'll be even more useful here than in Japan!

Tsukasa: I am indeed counting on you, o internationally acclaimed musical prodigy ♪

Leo: Heh, just call me Leo Tsukinaga, Mister Worldwide!

...Sena coulda showed you around too, though. I mean, he is literally a resident here—I'm sure he knows more about the area than me.

But, that guy's hopeless when it comes to negotiations like these.

Tsukasa: Right, which is why I've had Sena-senpai stand by in Japan to address our... other problem.

Leo: I'm worried about that, too... You sure it's gonna be fine? Sena tends to go off the rails the moment you take your eyes off him.

Tsukasa: Hrm... True, Sena-senpai may be an incredibly talented individual, but I'm afraid he has a disastrous lack of social skills.

Leo: I'm willing to bet that's the biggest reason his modeling career isn't kicking off.

Tsukasa: He does tend to make mountains out of molehills, that one.

...Ah, well, we shouldn't be speaking ill of others behind their backs. In any case, this is why you and I are heading to the agency here.

ES has already been in talks with King Slayer's agency. As far as disbandment goes—well, it seems they'll be continuing their activities.

However, they've given us a firm promise that they will cease any activities that would constitute plagiarism.

It sounds as if they intend to find their own style, separate from ours.

I'm unsure how much influence ES has overseas, so I presume we can only wait and see if King Slayer holds true to their oath.

Leo: I mean, if they do break their oath, we'll have reason to beat 'em into the ground for good this time! Wahaha ☆

Tsukasa: Y-You say some violent things sometimes, Leo-san.

Leo: I wasn't always that way, you know.

...Anyway, we offered to settle this all privately, so let's hope they'll nod and give us the OK.

If they don't, there'll be conflict. I don't think they'd go so far as to suddenly attack us or kidnap us, but keep your wits about you just in case, Suo~.

I know they sound honest and innocent right now—creepily innocent, in fact—but don't forget they were making money off stealing our work.

There's no telling at this stage whether they're virtuous civilians who made an honest mistake, or if they're actually dirty criminals, rotten to the bone.

Tsukasa: I do hope it's the former. The beginning of a new fiscal year is a very busy period for us; we hardly have the time to be going about vanquishing evil.
