He seems to be enjoying himself playing games over there.

And so-and-so and this and that happened… And finally Sora was asked to help Tsuka-chan run a theater.
That’s just how it progressed, you see~ Sora had some time because Switch isn’t having practice for a while.
But Sora doesn’t really know anything about theaters…
So Sora thought he’d try some games where you have to run a theater, train company members, and hold productions and stuff.
You can learn most things from games! Sora’s been learning stuff from games like that for forever!
Of course, games have some differences with reality, so Sora’s really grateful Shisho~ and Senpai are here to teach him about that, you know~?
You both keep Sora in this world!
Sora loves games! But, Sora loves Shisho~ and Senpai lots, lots more…☆

A theater, huh… Eichi-kun has Hibiki-kun from the theater club in his inner circle, plus he’s used to being in management. He could just do this himself.
So why has Suou-kun from Knights ended up managing it instead?
Sora: It sounds like lots of things are going on~ Rich people have it pretty rough, huh?
Tsumugi: Mm~ I can understand that. Though personally, I don’t think they have it anywhere near as bad as poor people do. Like, these are pretty extravagant problems.
Natsume: Huh. I wonder about the President – if Wataru-niisan ended up running a Theater, he might get so involved with it that he distances Himself… Maybe the president is scared of That.
Tsumugi: Fufu. Eichi-kun usually doesn’t mix his personal business into his work.
But I think that concern might be somewhere in his mind. Hibiki-kun is really hard to read.
If there’s even the smallest chance that might happen, he might try to avoid it. Eichi-kun is human too, after all.
Of course, there are probably other factors in it too, like his family or something.
