Tori: Eek?! Don’t sneak up behind me like that, you mon—President!
Mao: Ahaha. It must feel pretty weird for you to call me the president, huh? I don’t mind if you wanna call me a monkey like you always do~
Tori: C’mon, I can’t just go around calling the student council president a primate. That would set a bad example…
I do acknowledge you as the president, so don’t worry, okay? I just can’t make the switch so easily.
Mao: I guess not, huh. Same, though. Whenever I think of the president, Tenshouin-senpai’s always the one who comes to mind for me.
Whew, it’s tough having such big shoes to fill… Ahaha. ♪
Tori: Fufu. You’ll be fine. You’re already doing pretty well as the new president.
Even with a little trouble going on in Repayment Fes right now, you’re keeping it together and moving things along, so I’d say you’re off to a pretty smooth start.
Actually, I’m more sorry I haven’t been able to chip in with any of the work, even though you’re taking your important first step right now…

Usually he just shows up without me having to even call for him, you know. I guess he’s really working hard this time.
Tori: Yeah… Knights usually seem like they’re just messing around, but today, they look so intense, it’s crazy.
Mao: Ah yeah, I always got the impression that they’re usually joking around with each other.
I mean, two of their members are gonna graduate, so I guess they can’t just go at it like they always do.
Tori: Mm… I think you’re right. Even I’m pretty envious of Trickstar since none of you are graduating, after all…
Mao: I guess you would be, huh. But the seniors we’ve relied on so much are all gonna take off from school very soon. I’m feeling pretty down and broken-hearted about it myself.
To the point that when I go to bed at night, I’ve started wishing I’ll wake up to find that time’s turned back to before DDD or something.
But obviously that’ll never happen, and it’s not something I should be wishing for, anyway.
All we can do right now is strive to bring in anything at all that could shape our future for the better.

Mao: You think so? Well, when I started following in his footsteps, I didn’t intend for it to be a case of “monkey see, monkey do”…
