Season: Autumn
---
[2-A Classroom]
Subaru: Hey, hey, Anzu! The autumn S1 live is gonna be Halloween-themed, right? That’s what Sally told me at basketball club practice yesterday!
Hokuto: Ahh… That’s right, as a member of the student council, Isara’s often the first to hear about such things. So the next S1 has a Halloween theme, huh? It feels like the seasonal themes are continuing.
Makoto: Isn’t it just kinda building on the success of Tanabata Festival? That was a pretty exciting time~♪
Maybe it was because Anzu-chan had planned it, or maybe it was because it felt a little different from normal DreamFes, but it was really fun!
We had some great festival celebrations thanks to everyone working together, after all...♪
Hokuto: Mhmm. We even got the rare chance to guide our underclassmen. I believe it was a good experience for us as well.
I would like to achieve similar or even better results in the autumn S1, but--
Subaru: More importantly, I know I’m late in asking, but is the autumn S1 going to be planned and run by Anzu? I kinda just assumed she would, but…?
Haven’t you been working too hard lately, Anzu? Are you doing okay?
Pushing yourself while you’re young is fine and all, but I hear when you get older it just hits you all at once~ My mom even actually complained about it, which is rare for her.
Makoto: Fufu. With only your mom around, it seems tough for your family too, Akehoshi-kun. …
Subaru: Your situation’s pretty similar, right, Ukki~? We’re the same! I’m happy to share this “same”ness with you♪
Hokuto: Aaand back to the topic. It seems you’ll once again be planning and running the autumn S1. What kind of live will it be?
Well, we’ll be sure to do some research too, after it’s been officially announced…
But lately we’ve been rushing all around the school, so I’m worried that depending on the timing, we may not be able to participate.
And even if we’re lucky enough to, we’ll have a smaller time frame to prepare ourselves in compared to other units.
Subaru: We’re just plain busy these days. It does feel like something we’d do, though, running back and forth everywhere.
Makoto: Yeah. So that’s exactly why we need to understand what the S1 is all about and start preparations for it soon.
S1 lives are the school’s biggest, most important events, so you can’t miss them… It’s pretty much unthinkable to skip out on them.
Hokuto: Yes. Let’s learn as much as we can from Anzu this morning, then after school, let’s bring Isara over from Class B and have a proper meeting about it.
Makoto: At times like this, I always think it’s kind of a shame that Isara-kun is in a different class… it feels like he’s always a step behind us no matter what.
I’m gonna send summaries to Isara-kun’s phone while we talk. I really do wanna make sure we’re on the same page, after all.
(And besides, it seems like something happened to Isara-kun around the time we faced off against Adam… He seems a little shaken, so I should pay closer attention to him.)
(Isara-kun’s tough, for sure. But he’s also the same age as me, a teenage boy.)
(Of course something like this would happen to him too, so as much as he always helps everyone… they have to - no, we have to support him.)
Hokuto: Hm. Yuuki, you’re managing to talk and text so well at the same time. You’re pretty good at multitasking.
Makoto: Ah, it’s no sweat once you get the hang of it.
...Ahaha, Isara-kun just replied.
He said he took a while waking up his childhood friend Ritsu-kun again, so he might be late.
Apparently he took off at a sprint and only just made it to school.
Subaru: Ah, then maybe we can see him from the window? Heeey, Sally! Go go go, the bell’s gonna ring soon~☆
Hokuto: Fufu. It must be quite a workout for Isara every morning. Though I do feel a little jealous that he has a friend he’s been close with since childhood.
Subaru: Does that mean you don’t have a childhood friend like that, Hokke~? Same here, we can be lonely buddies☆
For real, I’m kinda jealous. Both of Sally, and of Ukki~...♪
Makoto: ? Why me too?
Subaru: Huh? Aren’t you childhood friends with that seaweed guy?
Makoto: No way, of course not! Why does everyone seem to think Izumi-san and I are close?!
Hokuto: You look close. At the very least, Sena-senpai seems quite attached to you.
Makoto: I don’t really know why, though… But it feels like he hasn’t come over to bother me as much anymore, compared to spring at least.
Subaru: Mm? Now that you mention it, I haven’t really seen that guy around lately…
Makoto: Yeah, maybe he just got tired of playing around with me?
That’s fine. He was always just a stranger from the beginning… The way I see it, it’s actually a relief that Izumi-san doesn’t come to annoy me for no reason anymore.
