[Soundproof Practice Room]

Ritsu: Yup. And there are countless other bits and pieces, both big and small, that look like they’ve been taken out of context.

In summary, this is basically what you guys are saying throughout most of the article:

“We Trickstar have been courageously pushing forward to take the glory for ourselves. We’re like the protagonists of a story.”

“Everyone else in Yumenosaki is nothing but garbage, and Knights is the absolute worst of the lot.”

Tsukasa: Yes, that is how we read it! And that is why we feel so infuriated! Do you perhaps understand that now?!

Hokuto: Yeah… I’ve finally processed the situation.

It’s terrible. Why are magazines doing things like this? Like recently with the Saga Project, it feels like they’ve really changed direction…

Was there some kind of upheaval in magazine companies everywhere – or rather, some big conglomerate of publishing companies?

Tsukasa: Saga Project? Ahh, that mysterious project that Tori-kun is taking part in…

I do wonder what sort of disgraceful behavior he is exhibiting these days, so sometimes I take a look at the magazines Sena-senpai brings in. I learnt about it from there.

Hokuto: He’s not being disgraceful. Himemiya is a good kid. I’m sure that in the future he’ll become a splendid idol, one who anyone can look up to.

Tsukasa: Hmph. The only good thing about Tori-kun is what’s on the surface.

Izumi: Mm~… Going back to the topic, how did things turn out like this? Did you guys piss off a higher-up in some magazine company?

There’s clear malice in this. It not only brings Knights down, but Trickstar too.

If something like this gets out there and everyone believes it, you guys are gonna be isolated at school.

“They’re getting way ahead of themselves. Who do they think they are?”, or something like that. Worst case scenario, you’re gonna have people ganging up on you like they did with the student council in spring, you know?

Makoto: That would be bad… I don’t think we could win in SS if we don’t have everyone’s support.

If we just keep rushing forward without looking back at everyone around us, it’ll only end up in our complete and utter defeat.

Is that what this article aimed for? This seems like a tactic Saegusa-kun would use.

Now that I think about it, didn’t he try to isolate each of us and try to take us out one by one for Autumn Live…?

After all, it seemed like he really understood the fact that our solidarity is our greatest weapon.

Subaru: Fufu, it didn’t work on us, though☆

Mao: Well, I actually got driven into a pretty bad corner, you know. Even now, I still get the shivers when I see a flashlight at the convenience store or something.

Ritsu: Ma~kun, did you get bullied by someone? Poor thing!

Who did it, and where are they from? Tell me their name, and in place of nice, kind Ma~kun, I’ll brutally murder them for you…♪

Mao: You sure say some scary things sometimes, Ritsu… It’s okay, I’m actually kind of grateful for it now.

I’m glad I got some clear criticism early on.

Ritsu: Huh~… Grateful when someone steps on you? How maso can you get?

Subaru: Umm… Say, aren’t we just chatting now? If we’re done with the touchy topics, then let’s go back to practice… that okay with you, Knights?

Somebody might be plotting something, but we won’t lose. If we all join forces, we’ll always win. That’s what I believe.

But first, we have to get strong enough to bounce back from anything.

I want to work hard towards that… There’re less than three months until SS. We’re running out of time.

Izumi: In the end, that’s your problem. It has nothing to do with us, and we can’t just let this magazine go.

With Yuu-kun’s explanation, we’ve figured you guys have been unwittingly framed by someone else, at least.

But well, that’s what you get, so you can go off and be unfortunate on your own.

However, we’ve gotten mixed up in this too, and now we’ve taken a hit, you see? What do you think about that?

Mao: Uhh. Actually, we’re more wondering what we’re supposed to do to get you guys to back down, Sena-senpai.

If you’re annoyed with us, then you can hit me to relieve stress if you want.

Izumi: Don’t look down on us. If we hit you because we’re annoyed, that would make us the very trash that article claims we are.

And besides, if I hit you, Kuma-kun would probably kill me.

Ritsu: Yup. I’d kill you with whatever method it takes. Ma-kun’s enemy is also my enemy.

But I’ll just say this too. If anyone tries any senseless violence on you, Secchan, I’d do the same thing.

Izumi: H-Hmph… Well, uh, thanks.

Ritsu: Mhmm. No problem.

Izumi: What even are you, Kuma-kun. …But anyway, we want you all to show some sincerity.

Even though it’s not the sales date yet, the magazine has already been printed and circulated all over the country—it’d be hard to try to recall them all.
